BY THE CITY OF WATERBURY FOR A SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECT ON THE MARK LANE LANDFILL

The City of Waterbury seeks Proposals from qualified solar developers to develop a solar photovoltaic clean energy system on City-owned property on Mark Lane containing the Mark Lane Landfill. The City is seeking Proposals that would participate in the state’s Non-Residential Renewable Energy Solutions (NRES), with Virtual Net Metering for State, Agricultural, and Municipal (SAM) properties, administered by Eversource.

Proposals must be received by the Waterbury Director of Purchasing no later than 11:00 AM on Friday, July 14, 2023.

The RFP is available electronically at the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website (https://waterburyct.procureware.com/home).
