• December 2, 2022 - Close of Question Period

  • Bidders may submit written questions to the RFP Administrators at portlandlandfill@solar-rfp.com no later than 5:00 PM.

• December 9, 2022 - Responses to Questions

• December 21, 2022 - Proposal Due Date

  • Bidders must submit Proposals by email to portlandlandfill@solar-rfp.com by 5:00 p.m.

• On or about January 11, 2023 - Bidder Selection

• On or about February 15, 2023 - Town Approvals and Demonstration of Site Control

• February/March 2023 - Submission to NRES or SCEF Program
