REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR
SOLAR AT THE OLD LYME LANDFILL

The Town of Old Lyme (the “Town”) seeks Proposals from qualified solar developers (the “Bidders”) to develop a solar photovoltaic system (the “System”) on Town-owned property containing the Old Lyme Landfill (the “Property”). The Town is seeking a Base Bid at nameplate capacity of approximately 300 kW-ac at the Property, and a Bid Alternate #1 designed to maximize the size of the System at the Property (but no greater than 5,000 kW-ac nameplate capacity as per NRES Program rules), that would participate in the Non-residential program (the “NRES Program”), with Virtual Net Metering (“VNM”) for State, Agricultural, and Municipal (“SAM”) beneficial accounts, administered by Eversource.
